A Driving Force for Williamstown Baseball Club
Chris brings decades of experience and a deep-seated passion for baseball to the Williamstown Wolves, both as a player and a successful coach. His journey is defined by a commitment to the sport, seeing it as a vibrant community for friends and family.
A Legacy of Playing Excellence
As a player, Chris competed at the National Junior level & extensively in Division 1 as a catcher and in-fielder. He boasts an incredible record, including 500 A-Grade games for his Winter club (East Belmont Saints) & 10 years playing Division 1, 1's & 2's for Geelong, alongside 5 seasons in Division 2 & 3 with the 1's for Williamstown including a Wolves premiership. His remarkable 40 seasons across all levels underscore a lifetime dedicated to the game.
Transformative Coaching at Williamstown & Beyond
Chris's coaching prowess has been particularly impactful at Williamstown. As Head Coach for the Wolves, he led the team to promotion into Division 1, culminating in a historic season where the club reached the Division 1 grand Final for the first time in 101 years, finishing as Runners-Up in the 2024/25 season.
Beyond Williamstown, Chris has been involved in Victorian State junior teams as assistant and head coach over 9 years & led a Little League Charter to the National Championships. He is also currently serving for 19 years as Junior Co-ordinator for the East Belmont Saints in the winter season & activiely coaches junior teams throughou this period.

He is dedicated to developing young players for the next level and helping experienced players maintain their passion. His commitment to Williamstown extends to cultivating good teammates, promoting enjoyment, and achieving collective success, ensuring the Wolves thrive both on and off the field.
